Gravitational Wave

The University of Tokyo, National Astronomy of Japan and KEK (High Energy Accelerator Research Organization) have been hosting international collaboration reserach with the Large-scale Cryogenic Gravitational Wave Telescope, KAGRA constructed in Kamioka cho, Hida city, Gifu prefecture, Japan. This project aims to promote glavitational wave Astronomy as a part of World Gravitational Wave Observation Network with LIGO, USA and Virgo, Europe.
